General Terms
The website www.sammypirini.gr is an online store for the sale of jewelry and accessories.
Personal Data
The data you provide to the online store sammypirini.gr is under no circumstances disclosed to third parties and is not used for any other purpose, other than completing the purchase of the products you wish, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority.
Order Cancellation
For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you must contact us immediately.
The option to cancel the order is given until the time we inform you of the shipment of your order. Any cancellation after the end of this period is impossible.
Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 10 days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will be charged the direct return cost.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed, operated or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid any inconvenience to you, it would be useful to check the condition of the products available and the integrity of their packaging carefully at the time of delivery of the order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.).
Miscellaneous
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, lack of stock, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can indicate whether you wish to complete your order.
Modification of the terms of this: The online store sammypirini.gr reserves the right to modify and/or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
