If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you may return it to us free of charge within ten (10) days of receipt, provided that the product is in the same condition in which you received it, that is, without having been used, along with the retail receipt and its packaging, and you will receive your money within twenty (20) days from the date we receive the product.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not made on earrings.
In cases where the limit of 10 calendar days is exceeded, the return will not be accepted.
In the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
